After being bashed from everywhere, the movie “Coolie No. 1” starring Varun Dhawan and Sara Ali Khan became one of IMDb’s lowest-ranked films. The movie managed to beat “Race 3” and earned a lower rank on the movie rating platform.
All Govinda fans are angry with Varundawan for touching the iconic work of the legendary actor. The film, with Paresh Rawal and Johnny Lever playing a central role, is again directed by David Dhawan, who starred Govinda as a man and Karisma Kapoor as a woman in 1995.
Varun Dhawan faced repulsion, especially in one scene of the film, the train scene, and questioned people about logic and science. The movie is only ranked 1.4 on IMDb, which is even lower than Salman Khan’s movie “Race 3”.
“Race 3” was ranked 1.9 on IMDb. This was considered one of the bad reviews when the movie was released in 2018.
“Race 3” starring Salman Khan was an experimental movie. The film franchise was originally directed by Abbas-Mustan and had a continuous plot. Remo D’Souza, as one of the actors in the previous film, participated to direct “Race 3” with Anil Kapoor alone. “Race 3” featured Salman, Jacqueline Fernandez, Daisy Shah, Bobby Deol, Anil Kapoor, and Sakib Salim.
“Race 3” was released a few months after Salman Khan’s blockbuster “Tiger Jinda High”. The movie starring Katrina Kaif as a woman was a franchise of “Ek Tha Tiger”. “Sultan” director Ali Abbas Zafar collaborated with Salman in the second film following “Sultan”.
