More than 8,000 healthcare workers will be vaccinated daily in Delhi, Health News, ET HealthWorld

New Delhi: On Thursday, Prime Minister Arvind Keziwar completed all preparations for the deployment of the coronavirus vaccine by the Delhi government from 16 January, with more than 8,000 health workers on scheduled days in the city. He said he would be vaccinated. The Delhi government has so far received 2.74 Raku vaccines from the center, which is sufficient for 1.2 Rak healthcare workers. He said Delhi has a total of Rs 24,000 health care workers and is expected to increase vaccine doses soon.

Vaccination will begin on Saturday at 81 centers, and the number of centers will increase to 175 in a few days and eventually to 1000, he said.

The vaccine is given on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday for four days. Sundays and days of the week are not offered.

He said 100 people would be vaccinated daily, hoping that after facing difficulties in the past few months, people would eventually get rid of the virus.
