Marks required for admission, from UP to Tamil Nadu

The National Testing Agency (NTA) may soon announce the results of the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET) 2021 to applicants wishing to enroll in medical courses. The institution also releases NEET 2021 categorical cutoff marks, but students should be aware that the NEET cutoff marks for their respective universities are not the same as the NEET qualification cutoffs.

The cutoff is the lowest rank and equivalent score that allows admission to each university. The NTA conducted a medical entrance examination in pen and paper-based mode on September 12. Of all seats, 15% are offered through All India Quota (AIQ) and 85% are offered to state quotas at all universities.

When the results are announced, NEET 2021 counseling will be initiated by the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) and will be provided with a 15% AIQ sheet on behalf of the Medical Counseling Commission (MCC), but with 85% of state quota sheets. Counseling is provided by the counseling authorities of each state.

Candidates with less than the NEET cutoff for each university are not eligible for admission. The cutoff mark depends on many factors, including the number of candidates applied, the difficulty level, the number of seats available, and the score obtained from the medical entrance examination.
