JEE (Main)-May 2021 session postponed due to Covid’s surge: Minister of Education

As the number of cases of Covid-19 increases in the country, Federal Minister of Education Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank announced on Tuesday that the Joint Entrance Examination-Main (JEE Main)-May 2021 session has been postponed.

“Students are encouraged to continue to visit the official NTA website for further updates,” Pokhriyal tweeted.

JEE (Main) — The May 2021 session was scheduled for May 24, 25, 26, 27 and 28, 2021. The Test Agency (NTA) said.

Previously, the JEE-April main session was postponed due to the surge in Covid-19 cases nationwide.

JEE (Main)-The April 2021 session scheduled for April 27th, 28th and 30th has already been postponed due to the COV1D-19 pandemic.

The April and May sessions will be rescheduled afterwards.

Registration for the May session will also be announced at a later stage.

The first two sessions have already been completed in February and March.
