IndusInd Bank launches EMI feature on debit cards

After India’s top lender, State Bank of India (SBI), IndusInd Bank launched the EMI (Equated Monthly Instalments) feature on debit cards. This allows customers to transform high-value transactions into simpler installations.

This feature allows IndusInd Bank debit cardholders to visit participating stores and swipe or tap the card on a merchant point-of-sale (POS) terminal where retail transactions are completed.

IndusInd Bank has partnered with over 60,000 offline merchants, including large format retailers, hypermarkets, multi-brand stores and stand-alone stores, across categories such as electronics, consumer durables, apparel, upholstery, automobiles and hospitals. Promoting purchases.

Banks will also partner with major e-commerce platforms to enable online purchases as well.

Debit card owners can take advantage of the ability to purchase products to choose EMI options over a period of 3, 6, 9, 12, 18, and 24 months.

You can also confirm your eligibility to take advantage of the option via SMS by typing “MYOFR” and sending it to 5676757.

On Wednesday, October 20, IndusInd Bank shares were settled at BSE, up 0.56%, at Rs 1,201.1 per share. The IndusInd Bank started trading at BSE at Rs 1,193.80, with daytime highs fluctuating to Rs 1,213.35 and daytime lows to Rs 1,172.35 throughout today’s trading session.
