Female lyricist submits FIR to composer Raoul Jain for abandoning her newborn child | Hindi Film News

A female lyricist and writer submitted a FIR to singer and composer Rahul Jain, denying her child and asking her to give her a child for adoption. Plaintiffs’ lawyer Chandrakant Ambani told ETimes that “the proceedings were filed under Sections 376 2 (N) 420 406 313 and 34 of the Oshihara Police Department’s IPC.”

Plaintiffs said Raffle had been forced to have two abortions in the name of his career and did not want people to know about their relationship and their children. The lawyer said, “The father’s name is on the birth certificate, but forget to give his name to the child, he denied the mother and child and went missing.”

The accused asked the petitioner to abort the child three times. The lawyer said: “But Raffle claimed abortion, but her condition didn’t allow it. She had to give birth to a six-month-old child today.”

The petitioner also claims that Raoul Jain made a monetary profit at her expense. The lawyer said: “He used and utilized all her resources, all her intellectual property. He used her songs and sold them to a music company under her own name, but because of her she made her a girl. I didn’t give you money. ”

Meanwhile, Rahul Jain has filed an expected bail application with the Dindoshi Court, which was scheduled for a hearing on Monday. Chandrakant Ambani said:

ETimes made several attempts to contact Rahul Jain and his mother, but their phone was turned off. I sent an email to Rahul Jain’s team and sent a message on my Instagram account to hear him. There were no replies from Jain and his family until this article was published.
