Prague: UEFA have tentatively suspended one match against Slavia Prague’s Ondrake Della on suspicion of racial discrimination and excluded centre-backs from Thursday’s first leg of the Europa League quarterfinals at Arsenal.

Rangers midfielder Glen Kamara has accused Kdera of racist abuse in the team’s last 16 games at Ibrox last month.

Cudela, who is already on the verge of visiting Arsenal due to an injury, is being investigated by European football governing bodies and Scottish police for the incident.

Slavia, who won a total of 3-1 to advance to the quarter-finals, denied the claim and instead said he would file a criminal accusation against Kamala for attacking Kudera after the match.

UEFA said in a statement that after the initial investigation, “procedures have begun” against Kudera and Kamala, assessing potential rule violations and suspending Kudera for the match on Thursday.

“More information on this case will be available when UEFA’s control, ethics and disciplinary bodies make decisions in due course,” the statement concluded.

Earlier, Slavia spokesman Michal Bisek expected Czecha to play Arsenal at a club that reported on Czech television that Kudera had “nose wounds” and “high fever.” He said he didn’t.

Czech media said players were injured in the Czech Republic’s World Cup qualifying against Wales last week after Gareth Bale’s challenge.

Slavia has also missed two other defenders, signed by Simon Deli COVID-19 (new coronavirus infection) David Hovolka was injured.

However, the team is flying to London with goalkeeper Ondley Coller, who suffered a skull fracture after a high challenge from Rangers striker Kemar Roofe at Ebrox.

When he plays, Corral wears a Petr Čech-style helmet and Kevlar face mask to protect his head.

Slavia was reluctant to travel Kudera to Cardiff for the Czech Republic match last week in Wales due to safety concerns, but eventually played.

Czech media quoted Slavia sources as the club was worried that some Rangers fans would travel to Wales for revenge.
