Tesla CEO Elon Musk has accused Apple of charging on the App Store. Musk compared the rates of American tech giants with de facto global taxes on the Internet. Billionaires also expressed their support for Epic Games, the creator of “Fortnite,” which filed a lawsuit against Apple last year.
“Apple’s app store pricing is virtually globally taxed on the Internet. The epic is correct,” Musk tweeted.
Last August, Epic Games filed a lawsuit against Apple alleging that technology giants abused their dominance in the mobile phone app market. The game company filed a proceeding after Apple removed the app from the app store. The former had introduced an in-app payment system to avoid iPhone maker fees. This caused Apple to block the game from the App Store and Epic Games to file a proceeding.

Meanwhile, Musk denied reports claiming that he had talked with Apple CEO Tim Cook about the possibility of Apple’s acquisition of Tesla, and Musk became the new CEO of the tech giant.
In response to a question about this alleged conversation with Cook, Musk wrote on Twitter: No terms of the acquisition were proposed. He refused to meet. Tesla was worth about 6% of today’s value. “
Musk is known to be very active on Twitter, with over 57 million followers, more than any other businessman in the world.
