Kathua: District Development Commissioner Kathua Rahul Yadav today chairs the first meeting of the District Level Executive Committee (DLIC) and how to implement a customized livelihood generation scheme “Mumkin-New Policies” here in the district of the DC Office Complex. We talked about.

Relatedly, the government of JK UT launched a customized livelihood generation scheme “Mumkin” on November 27, 2020.
Under the scheme, J & K eligible young people will provide financial assistance for the purchase of light commercial vehicles such as taxis, minibuses, light commercial vehicles, tempo, and other modes of transportation of similar nature under the public. Permits of carriers who are encouraged to start a sustainable livelihood in the transportation sector.
This scheme is implemented by Mission Youth, J & K, through a district-level committee organized for this purpose.
The DDC then also conducted a detailed review of the physical and financial progress achieved under the district’s Back to Village-3 program.
A threadbare discussion was held on the status of bidding and execution of various development work under the third edition of the program to return to the village in various Panchayati Harkas in the district.
The DDC also focused on submitting estimates of the rest of the work so that the proposed work could be completed within the prescribed time frame. H instructed the engineers in the work department to strengthen men and machines to perform the work on time with a particular emphasis on the quality of the work.

Returning to the Village 3 program, the government granted each Pancahyat Halqa 10 Lakh rupees, giving priority to publicly important development work.
