The actor puts a lot of effort and dedication in preparing for his role, and it’s definitely not easy to stuff huge muscles. The 6-foot-3 star appears huge on the screen and once revealed that it eats about 6-8 meals a day to fit into the superhero’s profile.

Apart from the diet, Chris also experiences intense training that helps him gain more and more muscle with incredible strength. Recently, Chris treated his fans with his 10-minute video of doing weight exercise. In the caption, Chris elaborated on low-impact weight training that would be challenging in the second round. “So tighten the straps and get ready,” he wrote.

In addition to a video of Chris trainer Luke Zokki guiding his workout, Chris has listed five exercises in order of duration and break.

The duo arrives at the board and starts with some mountaineers. They do sit-ups for 40 seconds before taking a 20-second break. Chris then switches to a weight squat and draws an impressive repeat while Zokki teaches him the correct posture. After squatting for 40 seconds, switch to the shoulder tap on the board after a break. The duo playfully burns out some intense calories before moving on to the next exercise, the reverse lunge. Chris then completes the first cycle of the training plan by doing sit-ups on the bike for 40 seconds before starting over with the first exercise in the second cycle.
