Apple Announces iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max September 17 San Francisco (IANS) Apple announced the iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max with A15 Bionic, which works on both models with 5-core GPUs. Today, Geekbench results show that the iPhone 13 Pro offers up to 55% better graphics performance than last year’s iPhone 12 Pro.

The iPhone 13 Pro was benchmarked and scored 14216 points in the GPU category. By comparison, last year’s iPhone 12 Pro with the A14 Bionic accumulated 9123 points in the same test, MacRumors reports.
The GPUs included in the A15 Bionic chip on the iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max are about 55% more powerful than the GPUs on the iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max.
Currently, no benchmark tests have been run on regular iPhone 13 models.
The GPU on the iPhone 13 mini and iPhone 13’s A15 Bionic chip has four cores. For the iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max A15 Bionic chips, the GPU has a total of 5 additional cores.
Apple called the 5-core GPU version of the A15 “the fastest smartphone chip in the world” and promised to offer “50% faster graphics performance than any other smartphone chip.”
Meanwhile, the iPad mini has an A15 chip with the same 5-core GPU as the iPhone 13 Pro model, and Apple’s updated tablets are expected to have the same graphics performance.
